🛍️ Refund Policy — FormHaus Pilates

At FormHaus Pilates, we take pride in providing high-quality products and service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

❌ Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits simply because you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will assess the issue and, if approved, organise a replacement or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To assist with resolving the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos or videos showing the fault or damage

• A description of the issue

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
